I requested help with running reports…

I requested help with running reports for gated content on our website and setting up email notifications for form completions.Daniel was super helpful. He walked me through all of the steps slowly so I could take screenshots for future reference and shadowed me while I shared my screen to practice the set up myself. All around very good experience.

What do you like best about Agile CRM? If it actually worked, the lay out is easy enough to use. Good presentation

Good presentation. Obviously an enormous amount of information presented to someone with very little idea about this product. With that said, we were able to tackle some questions I had and they were answered well and to the point. This session was a good review of a lot of features and capabilities. we'll book another session in 2 weeks so I can have some time to catch up with some hands on experience.
