What do you like best about Agile CRM? I've used other programs, and I have to say I enjoy using Agile more for documentation purposes. It's easier to look up documents and data in Agile vs other programs I've used. What do you dislike about Agile CRM? I only wish it looked better or had some areas with better font styles so that it's more clear however it does the job, and not everything needs to look pretty all the time.
