"Very useful all in one CRM with great API"

What do you like best about Agile CRM? The ease of using the tool, the multitude of features present and and level of customization available. We have been able to link our email to Agile for conditionally updating the contacts and related deals, which made our life extremely easy. I've been using Agile for several years…

I've been using Agile for several years now. I like the email campaigns, sms automations and event scheduling. It is a very good tool to grow your business. If you don't have a CRM yet, then get Agile.

For exceptional customer support; Nolan all the way

For any issues with Agile CRM, Nolan is the man. If there is an election campaign and I have to chose president, and there is from George Washington to Biden, I will say (like Amy Winehouse) No, No, No... I want Nolan. Nolan always fixes the problem in a professional, quick and friendly way. If you go to a pub too, forget the beer, forget the wine, just order a "Nolan".Thanks Superman

What do you like best about Agile CRM? The campaigns automation features are good and it is easy to create workflows. What do you dislike about Agile CRM? Their tech support is one of the worst I've ever seen. There are only two techs in the team that never resolve anything. Two weeks ago, in the middle of a large campaign, the platform stopped sending emails. Tech support said this would be resolved in 4 hours, two weeks later the problem persists and there is no estimate date for a fix. ...
