I was very pleased with how quickly the agent understood my problem and was able to confirm it was an issue. I was offered a work-around which was implemented immediately. Within five minutes I was able to access Agile again with no problem.

What do you like best about Agile CRM? Good and user friendly interface. Integrates well with other software. Easy to use What do you dislike about Agile CRM? Very slow compared to its competitors.
