Do not use this CRM
I was an enterprise-level client of agile CRM for over 4 years. It was never the most modern UI or intuitive platform but it worked well and I was perfectly happy. That is until Dec 2021, since then there have been constant email interruptions. The email servers were down for almost 3 months. Their suggested workaround was to use SMTP email send instead of DKIM which I told them multiple times isn't suitable for the volume of emails I send. Agile CRM and Customer Service
I've met over Zoom with Daniel several times. He's been very helpful (and patient) in helping me learn and understand the capabilities of Agile CRM. While I am still in the early stages of taking this to another level for our company's strategies and needs, I feel like it's a platform that can really help us grow.

Ashley Johnson was extremely helpful!
Ashley Johnson was extremely helpful. She worked with me to resolve my issue and explained everything in terms I - a non techie person - could understand. My experience with Ashley made me like Agile CRM even more. Plus talking with a real person was fantastic! I have already told people about my positive experience.

"Paid Version breaks and has many errors"
What do you like best about Agile CRM? I start using AgileCRM because it felt flexible and had many features I wanted What do you dislike about Agile CRM? Mostly that they don't let you go and keep on charging money when you want to stop the paid subscription. You cannot deactivate your license unless they decide too. An illegal practise. Shame on you!
