What do you like best about Agile CRM? Automated features, adding contacts are very easy, reports. The free version is there to understand much better with hands on experience. Do not use this CRM

I was an enterprise-level client of agile CRM for over 4 years. It was never the most modern UI or intuitive platform but it worked well and I was perfectly happy. That is until Dec 2021, since then there have been constant email interruptions. The email servers were down for almost 3 months. Their suggested workaround was to use SMTP email send instead of DKIM which I told them multiple times isn't suitable for the volume of emails I send. Agile CRM and Customer Service

I've met over Zoom with Daniel several times. He's been very helpful (and patient) in helping me learn and understand the capabilities of Agile CRM. While I am still in the early stages of taking this to another level for our company's strategies and needs, I feel like it's a platform that can really help us grow.
