What do you like best about Agile CRM? Easy to add contacts whether manually or automatically as they fill in forms on site. And it is good for simple marketing needs.pricing is very less compare to other crm applications. What do you dislike about Agile CRM? Do not use this CRM

I was an enterprise-level client of agile CRM for over 4 years. It was never the most modern UI or intuitive platform but it worked well and I was perfectly happy. That is until Dec 2021, since then there have been constant email interruptions. The email servers were down for almost 3 months. Their suggested workaround was to use SMTP email send instead of DKIM which I told them multiple times isn't suitable for the volume of emails I send.
