"Started as agile, then Agile became less so"
What do you like best about Agile CRM? Agile was a decent product as a beginner. What do you dislike about Agile CRM? Agile was a decent product at the start, but as they changed their business model, the Agile program platform became more constricted and less supportive of what had been achievable in the past. What problems is Agile CRM solving and how is that benefiting you? None- we switched products.
