What do you like best about Affirm? Popular payment alternative, simple integration. What do you dislike about Affirm? I haven't found any downsides to it at this point. What problems is Affirm solving and how is that benefiting you? Making it easier for the customer to buy a high dollar item. They know that they don't have to take that hit upfront. They can spread it out over several months.

That setup was a bit hard, and they don't talk to you on the phone. Recommendations to others considering Affirm: Have a person on the phone for setup.
