What do you like best? I like the interface and ease of use of the system. Also, the ability to pull data into reports is fairly easy and doesn't require that you are a developer to create them. What do you like best? ADP Workforce Now is very simple to use, particularly the recruitment process. There are many trainings and webinars available to update ADP Workforce Now system and you can even consult your issues with human resources and payroll with experts. What do you like best? It is helpful to have everything related to HR tasks in the same place. What do you dislike? This app feels like it came out of the stone ages. In fact, if I had to guess I'd say they through a web frontend on top of an old, on-premise product. This is an app that I have to re-learn every time I use it, even for basic tasks. PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? WFN is one user-friendly product. It gives everyone a sign to our products. This can range from time and attendance to retirement services. Payroll admins have fallen in love with it. Payroll reports can immediately be previewed. What aspects are problematic or could work better? We're no longer receiving e-mails. PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? I appreciate having the ability to look into your payment history dating back as far as 3 years. I also like how ytou can look into amounts and dates easily without having to go through a number of windows. In addition, you can make use of PDF versions on pay stubs with a single click.
