An All Encompassing HRIS and Payroll Software

What do you like best? I love that I can use WFN for all of our HR needs. What do you dislike? We have had hiccups with the service team, but as soon as things become difficult we were able to be assigned to a team that was more knowledgeable. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I am able to save time and efficiently run reports, process pay, and manage benefits.

What do you like best? Lots of information is available for a variety of needs. What do you dislike? Occasionally encounter issues where chrome browser has unexpectedly shut down and then when you try to log back into ADP it tells you that you can't be logged into more than one instance of ADP. Can't find where to unarchive employees, reports are not always easy to run and don't always give you the info you are looking for. Trying to set up your own reports isn't always easy. ...

Convenient to punch in..

What do you like best? I like that you are able to see your hours for the pay period, it logs your paystubs so no more paper copies. It shows you where your deductions are going and their percentages. What do you dislike? It usually doesn’t work until you reopen the app a couple times. Easy to use but has some kinks

What do you like best? I like best that ADP is relatively simple to use and input the time that I work. What do you dislike? I dislike that online I can put my time in only when I am physically at work but on the app I can do it remotely. Easy and efficient

What do you like best? I like that ADP Workforce Now has multiple functions that allows employees to track their hours, look at their paystubs, retirement plan, benefit information, etc. This allows for much easier access and is a faster way to obtain information needed. What do you like best? I like that it keeps everything organized in one place with an easy to navigate UI. An easy, intuitive way to track hours

What do you like best? ADP is extremely helpful in clocking in and out and keeping track of hourly progress. What do you dislike? Auto-logout can be a pain, and the system occasionally does not connect. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It is accurate and provides a strong archive for work history.

Old school but classic

What do you like best? ADP is a reliable system with great customer service. What do you dislike? ADP needs updating and evaluation of how to improve. They are very standardized but in a stifling way. There is little opportunity to customize. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Payroll, time, support and employee benefits

What do you like best? ADP allows us to stay informed about the newest developments in software. The model termination instruction processes and fast hire facilitate the reach of all annotation fields. The help desk support is outstanding and meets the user's requirements with a pleasant and knowledgeable employee.
