ADP makes payroll easy
What do you like best? ADP is easy to use and very user friendly. You can manage your paychecks, tax witholdings, benefits, and time off. What do you dislike? The process to request time off can be hard to figure out. Not super intuitive. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It’s easy to do payroll for a lot of employees.

What do you like best? Ability to input time off/sick day request, and view previous pay stubs from different employers, and compare income What do you dislike? What do you like best? It is easier for our HR manager to track our time. What do you dislike? Clocking in and out isn't successful most of the time. I can't clock in or out on my phone successfully. Glitchy, clunky system with terrible reporting
What do you like best? Our customer service rep is fantastic, she is very helpful, knowledgeable, and if she doesn't know the answer goes over and above to help us solve our issue. What do you dislike? The reporting in the system is horrible. It's clunky, glitchy, and i've had multiple occasions where I spoke to the reporting customer service team and they told me point blank "we're not able to run that report", despite the data being held and captured in their system. What do you like best? Many areas have step by step instructions right in the screen, so it is easy to navigate a new process quickly. What do you dislike? Some features are only available with the upgraded versions of Workforce. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Easy tracking for new hire and terminated employees to be sure all benefits are available in a timely manor.

It is straight forward
What do you like best? You can access everything easy and you can print whatever you need from the website such as w2, payslip etc What do you dislike? Adp should allow you to go on there and change you state and federal withholdings Recommendations to others considering the product: N/a What problems are you solving with the product? Definitely a trustworthy payroll company
What do you like best? the customer service is great.They never make me feel stupid because I called in. What do you dislike? not getting YTD pay info on the pay statements What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? The payroll is very easy to process and if I do have questions, they are handled quickly and efficiently.

Great Time management system
What do you like best? I like that I can clock in and out on my phone and use it on the computer as well. The website is very clear and concise. Everything is straight to the point and I can find what I need with ease. What do you dislike? When the system is down and I am unable to clock in or out. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Just use it to clock in and out, request PTO, look up my employee benefits.
