Great program!
What do you like best? I like the fact that I no longer need to fill out a time off or corrected time sheet on paper. Having the ability to go in and make notes and request time off is much easier! It takes a lot of the actual paper out of the time and attendance process. I realized that if you place the important everyday items such as clocking in and out in your favorites, it's much faster to access. Rough Implementation, but robust product.
What do you like best? ADP is a great product for our growing needs. We have gone from 50-200 employees in a little under two years. We started out with using it just for payroll and are now adding HR, Benefits and T&A modules. It's a great way to keep all information in one product. What do you dislike? Easier access to make changes.
What do you like best? It's easy and I can make changes and updates anytime. I can review payroll, update and add changes to our employees, add new hires. What do you dislike? I would like to see the pricing go down and offer free training for companies who just sighned up for a 1 year access. What do you like best? It's very simple and easy to use when it comes to time tracking, pay statements, and PTO tracking. What do you dislike? Product is good, service not so much
What do you like best? I like the one stop shop approach to HRIS systems. This has that and more as long as the implementation process is completed full. What do you dislike? The service aspect is horrible. If you don't have a great Relationship Manager, consider moving to another platform. Great streamlined way to track payroll
What do you like best? I like that I can view paystubs, sick time, request time off, and change exemptions all in one place. What do you dislike? I have other accounts with former companies, it would be nice to merge them together. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? What do you like best? We were able to customize our payroll set up for our business needs, including paying our 1099 workers. What do you dislike? Set up is very labor-intensive. Their customer service could also use some improvement. If you need an immediate resolution, you have to call which is a pain and takes forever.
