What do you like best? From my account manager to the custom reporting team to the benefits team, I get accurate and timely service. What do you dislike? Sometimes the entry updates are a bit clunky. ADP is user friendly!

What do you like best? Navigating Workforce Now is much easier than other payroll products I have used in the past. I have always been a huge fan of the ADP product. Great Employees but many glitches in the system set-up

What do you like best? User Friendly Knowledgeable Employees Live Chat getting use too What do you dislike? ADP tools make my job so much easier

What do you like best? What I like best about ADP is the ability to keep and view my employee information in one location. What do you dislike? I wish I could run reports on payroll data. What do you like best? I like how ADP did track each position for any transfers. What do you dislike? The tracking system for the ATS was not at all user friendly. Our applications were lost. What do you like best? You were able to manage several different benefits, payroll and other HR needs through the one portal. What do you dislike? The user interface is severely outdated. It is difficult to follow and navigate. It should be updated to allow a good user experience. What do you like best? Very easy to go in and see my team and their comp, their requested PTO, etc. What do you dislike? Doing goal-setting and performance reviews was a little clunky. One of my reps had a lot of trouble and it significantly impacted about a week of productivity, just to get him to do his silly self-assessment. What problems are you solving with the product? Has everything in one place and does reporting etc

What do you like best? That they will file everything and track everything for you What do you dislike? Glitches in the system, specially time off balances What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Showing employees how to read time off balances takes a while. I like sending notes on requests and sending reminders to complete timecards
