What do you like best? The ability to see paystubs is convenient. What do you dislike? The site's unresponsive and sluggish nature What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? The site is a little buggy and can be sluggish at times. Paper-free paystubs are convenient and sustainable.

As a HR Director, I have used WFN for 2 years.

What do you like best? The upsides to Workforce Now is the seamless integration of HR, Payroll, Benefits, Analytics, Benchmarking, Performance, Tax Services and Compliance Reporting. I have confidence in the ADP platform and the Support Services that I can get my issues resolved quickly so our employees are paid accurately and timely. Probably the easiest platform for human resources, hows, payroll, and scheduling I've ever used.

What do you like best? The iPhone app is very beneficial and easy to use and it keeps requests off, paid time off, and scheduling in a very organised manner. What do you dislike? Sometimes the programme makes you reset your password after a certain amount of time. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? ADP allows for easy communication and planning with scheduling and allows employees to handle or view their schedules wherever they are.

Excellent Customer Service

What do you like best? Any time I have a question or need assistance, I can easily call the help line and all of the employees are knowledgeable and take their time making sure you achieved what you set out to do. What do you dislike? Occasionally, when calling the customer service I am on hold for over 10 minutes. What do you like best? I appreciate the custom reporting service. This has come in handy on many occasions and the staff was especially helpful in getting us the information needed. Very user friendly and easy to use

What do you like best? Less start by saying that ADP is awesome. Being able to keep track or see any of your pay-stubs at any time is a great feature. Also is great on the work force able to keep track of my employees from their attendance/sick days and even pay time offs request. What do you dislike?
