ADP Workforce Now

What do you like best? ADP is both a payroll and applicant tracking system. What do you dislike? The applicant tracking system is not user friendly and seems slightly outdated. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? ADP is our main system for recruitment, onboarding, payroll and time and attendance. It is convenient having everything in one place although it can make mistakes at times.

ADP has really improved and become more cohesive in recent years.

What do you like best? The ease of use with the new interface. The new workforce now is much more friendly than older versions and platforms. Now the ease of use is more comparable to other industry leaders. What do you dislike? Support is not nearly at the level ADP once ways. it is difficult to talk to a live person especially outside of business hours. ADP use to be 24/7 support and was the absolute best. Helpful in development, appreciate the experience

What do you like best? How robust the platform offers their clients. Very many different tiers they offer. Its a big world within ADP that is offered. Within the size of our company, the account manager that is assigned to our company is one of the best and most useful tools they offer. I would be no where without my account manager to assist me in my career. What do you dislike? Many different levels within ADP workforcenow. There is a lot on knowledge to gain and learning curves ...

Very user-friendly with continuous improvements

What do you like best? My favorite thing about ADP is that there is a ton of reporting capabilities to help make your job easier. It also is very user-friendly and is generally very easy to follow. If you cannot figure something out there are a ton of helpful guides and videos that will give you the chance to learn on your own without having to go through the trouble of calling your rep. However, when needed your rep is always available and is generally always very helpful. What do ...

ADP Workforce Now Review

What do you like best? Nice program, very easy to use. I've used ADP PCPW, Enterprise, and Workforce Now. Workforce Now is definitely the easiest to use. What do you dislike? The only thing that i can think of is that one sometimes when you "unarchive" an employee it can be hard to find them. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Payroll is super fast

A Decent Catch-All HRIS

What do you like best? I like that it includes the HRIS, Payroll, and Applicant Tracking System. What do you dislike? The "enhancements" seem to come with new problems every time. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We use ADP as our HRIS, ATS, and Payroll system. We use it for reporting, hiring, benefits admin, time and attendance through E-time, on-boarding, maintaining employee files, employee reviews, etc.
