Excellent Customer Service & Product

What do you like best? I like the ability to run payrolls with fairly easy to understand actions and intuitive action steps for most other functions. The layout for employee portal access does cut down on the admin work and paper aspect when gaining employee HRIS data. What do you dislike? Rocky start, but running smooth now.
What do you like best? Really user friendly for our staff. My Account Manager is awesome, as are any of the customer support people. We have several unique payroll scenarios, ADP staff worked across payroll, and T&A to get them working the way we needed. And the Bridge, my go to for information about all things ADP. Payroll Tracking at its finest
What do you like best? Payroll tracking and paystubs availability. Keeping a record of everything in one single space is brilliant. What do you dislike? What I dislike of ADP is the fact that it does not transfer when you move from one employer to another. What do you like best? I love the digital time cards and the way our managers can see their crews time each day. We went to having 400 pieces of paper time cards each pay period to virtually NONE. I also like the HR management component that is proving to outweigh all the costs for us. We just began onboarding our new people online with limited paper now and having them fill out the required forms online, which is proving to be super helpful.
