What do you like best? I like the ability to run payrolls with fairly easy to understand actions and intuitive action steps for most other functions. What do you like best? Really user friendly for our staff. My Account Manager is awesome, as are any of the customer support people. We have several unique payroll scenarios, ADP staff worked across payroll, and T&A to get them working the way we needed. And the Bridge, my go to for information about all things ADP. What do you like best? I love the digital time cards and the way our managers can see their crews time each day. We went to having 400 pieces of paper time cards each pay period to virtually NONE. I also like the HR management component that is proving to outweigh all the costs for us. What do you like best? ADP Workforce Now continues to improve its product, not by developing what they *think* the customer wants, but by listening to their users. Document Cloud is a wonderful addition to the product! What do you dislike? Time it takes for Reporting module to process and be ready to use.
