ADP WFN is a lifesaver!
What do you like best? The simplification of the processes and the learning they provide. What do you dislike? I don't really have a downside at this time. Recommendations to others considering the product: They have solutions for any size business. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? ADP WFN has upgraded each year to keep up with simplifying payroll and human resources processes.

When there are more complex functions needed, the setup takes time and can only be implemented and managed by ADP. What do you like best? Relatively easy to use once set up for both the regular team member and the practitioner level user. What do you dislike? Setup is cumbersome, too many "clicks" to move between tasks, not all fields are reportable for custom reports. If I can see it in ADP, I should be able to grab it for a report.
