What do you like best? ADP Workforce is very easy to work with. The people are very courteous and treat me like a valued customer. We were previously doing inhouse payroll. Changing to ADP has been a time saver. We are mailed the direct deposit stubs for each employee every two weeks. The ADP personnel call before each payroll to get our hours and any changes. What do you like best? Customer Service and they handle all of our tax filings What do you dislike? Have not found too much I do not like. I have used ADP at my last 3 jobs. What do you like best? I appreciate ADP's centralized HRIS platform; everything from applications to hiring and payroll to performance and termination is housed in one system. What do you dislike? What do you like best? I love how the New Hire process is a smooth process. The Wizard is so easy to use. Customer service is always friendly, very helpful & knowledgeable of their product. I love to use the Bridge. I think this is a really cool feature that I use a lot. The chat feature on the Benefits side is very helpful. Running payroll is a smooth process. I love that I can do what I need to do in the office and rely on ADP to get the rest taken care of - I can enter my data and report on it to keep information flowing in effective usable and real time ways. What do you like best? Simple user interface, and extensive features What do you dislike? Some users have had issues with forgetting/resetting passwords - can be a complicated process What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? ADP houses a number of features that encompass onboarding, benefits, time off, and performance reviews. It is great having all of this in one place.
