Their customer service is knowledgeable and you have a dedicated account manager that gets to know your company well and is very helpful.

For payroll, I always make use of ADP.
PROS: I trust everything that ADP does especially in the field of payroll. What I like best is how it offers very few errors compared to other payroll software I've used previously. It also gives off a certain modern feel unlike other payroll software that seem outdated with a higher-than-usual number of clicks to activate a certain task.
