What do you like best? That it’s simple to use especially for someone who has little to no experience. What do you dislike? That it takes some time to get use to it What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Powerful HCM suite for complex and diverse organizations

What do you like best? The user interface for practitioners is pretty easy to use. The biggest positive is actually how employees can do many actions via self service -- update addresses, direct deposit, tax withholdings, etc. They can also view their info on the go -- the mobile platform is very robust and constantly evolving to meet future needs. What do you dislike? The functionality unfortunately is still legacy systems -- this is largely a UI on top of that system. So there are ...

Constantly Evolving

What do you like best? Customization and strives to be a solution to a wide market. What do you dislike? Becomes overwhelming with too many features and input points. Clumsy reporting. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? When reporting works well, it makes it easy to analyse data.If departments worked more collaboratively, I believe we could utilize more features to improve value for all.

The best of its kind

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? I think ADP works equally good in small and large companies, at least for what I've seen. We're currently subscribed to the Enterprise plan (we are a huge organization and we are happy to have such streamlined HCM/Payroll processing. If what you want is only to process payrolls, PayForce can do the job quite well. Otherwise, go for the full package. PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? Being able to associate all of our products with ADP Vantage HCM was mostly appreciated by our HR managers, advisers, and employees-they finally got their one-stop-shop software for more efficient performance! Their favorite features are ADP Recruiting Management and ADP Talent Management, and they use them daily to deal with compensation and other recruitment procedures. Easy to Navigate

What do you like best? I like the new enhancement pie chart that breaks down where the money from your paycheck goes- nice visual What do you dislike? Wish I would get a notification/email when money has been initiated and put into my bank account. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Easy for employers and employees

What do you like best? The website is a one stop shop for all information for employees wanting to know about this pay, benefits, and tax documents.
