Customer service is horrible!!!
Customer service is horrible!!!! Ive been trying to speak to someone for 2 weeks. Holding for 3 or more hours only to get disconnected before actually speaking to someone. Absolutely ridiculous! I needed a problem solved, but now I'm just holding to cancel my services!

This place is a mess
This place is a mess. They have too many underpaid and uneducated people in the service area. They are inflexible for their clients. Too big to care about real customer service and care. So ADP did not like this review and engaged me. ADP too late,I took my company's business elsewhere. It would have been prudent to care when I asked you to care. You can agree to disagree and that would be good customer care which your representative could not grasp.

Employees are not aloud to get info or help
Employees are not aloud to call in and have any access to there own payroll information and none of the support teams help them do that ! Horrible service!

Will not help me fix a direct deposit…
Will not help me fix a direct deposit issue. ADP Does NOT provide help. ADP Provides a phone number yet EXPLICITLY states on the call, that they do not provide help to employees.

Worst service ever!!
Worst service ever!!! Don't even think of using this company, you will avoid big headaches. Customer service is terrible. Every time you call them you have to wait forever. Also, every time you have to talk to a different person and they don't have a clue of what's going on in your company. They make many mistakes and then ask you to fix them. not recommended at all.

Easy to use
Easy to use and I like the card they give you when you sign up with their account. Was able to access my money easy and transfers to my bank account were also done really easily as well.

I love that I receive my paycheck two…
I love that I receive my paycheck two days early. It makes it so easier to see how I spend my money and where I put money in the rainy day fund. I love ADP and its features.
