What do you like best? I love that it is a minimalist type style of a layout but there are many well organized sections What do you dislike? I dont like the way you have to login because it forces you to create a new email address basically. What aspects are problematic or could work better? You'll use the product as it comes, configurability is not its strongest side, to say so. Nice to Have it All

What do you like best? I like having payroll and records all in on place, rather than two different websites. At one point we had trainings through ADP too - very convenient. What do you dislike? It can get pretty glitchy sometimes and it’s not very user intuitive at all! What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Tracking and reducing overtime, keeping online Personnel records.

What do you like best? This is an integrated solution and very strong payroll module. What do you dislike? ADP is still behind in technology and their partnerships are not solid with third parties. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? A fully integrated HCM, Payroll and Benefits solution.

Somewhat user-friendly

What do you like best? This system is much more user-friendly from the customer side as opposed to the HR side. What do you dislike? The login interface is very janky and buggy. If I mis-type my password, I have to jump through multiple hoops to re-set my password within my company, and the actual interface is so buggy that it makes it likely I'll mis-type it. What do you like best? I like that everything on the system is organized and tracked efficiently and effectively. All of our records are kept safe and are easy to access when needed. We do better work and help our employees because of it! What do you dislike? The only thing I dislike may be some of the bureaucracy with ADP.
