YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR

Price-wise, adp is much ahead of other payroll companies. But you get what you pay for. If you are not a CPA or an accountant, beware. I trusted them, and got no explanations or direction... now I am getting explanations galore! I will need to get my accountant, of course, to correct what I "did incorrectly". Where were they with all their explanations when they were getting my info? Neither do I receive any assistance. I am on my own.NOT what I was told when their company was sold to me!

ADP VANTAGE IS HELPFUL

What do you like best? The time and benefits section of Vantage has saved a lot of my time and I can better serve the employees What do you dislike? Benefit rules is a very complicated subject. Every plan has different rules and guidelines. Test a lot during open enrollment and really know your plans so you can make sure everything is correctly working. ADP may well be the worst payroll…

ADP may well be the worst payroll company in the country. They don't return calls and have lots of excuses. The departments work in silos so they are quick to say NOT MY JOB or point their finger. They don't get issues fixed. They are not cheap so my suggestion would be to look t other providers.

What do you like best? For the most part Vantage is pretty straight forward. Looks good on the employee/manager self service side and is relatively easy to navigate. What do you dislike?
