What do you like best? I like the massive amounts of data I can easily tap into and report on. The metrics are a great tool as well. What do you dislike? I don't like how clunky the different modules work together, particularly Vantage HCM and Vantage Time. If there was a 0 star option and I could submit multiple times, I would sit here all day doing it. This company has 0 support for the employees! Why would you create a website that isnt functional and then not have support for it? THE WORST. STAY AWAY! I'm furious. I wish my employer would drop them.

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? We don't perceive ADP Vantage as a tool, we perceive it as our partner. It did so many wonderful things for us, and it got involved in every aspect of our business. It is very robust in terms of payroll solutions, but it also does excellent work with HR procedures. Horrible company - be careful

Horrible company. This company led us to believe that everything will be easier for us. They promised that they would be manage 401K for a monthly fee and with no add ups. They do not. ADP is my pick for the worst company in the US. I had the misfortune of working for a company that used ADP as its plan administrator. I have experienced nothing but headaches from this company. We are leaving after 15 years with ADP. The service quality has significantly decreased in the past few years. Lots of mistakes, even bouncing a payroll check, which is ridiculous. Reduced customer service times; a ridiculous phone tree; increasing charges while decreasing services; not "turning on" modules that we'd been paying for for 6 months already; the list goes on and on. Will not respond to me.

Will not respond to me.Due to a problem with the initial set up of my account, ADP did not file a timely quarterly payroll tax withholding with the state and now I have $3000+ in penalties. I have been trying to get this cleared up with them since May and I cannot get anyone from the tax division to respond to me. $3000+ is not much $$ to ADP but to a small business like ours, this is a BIG AMOUNT.

Vantage is the perfect one stop shop!

What do you like best? I love how versatile Vantage is. It has the ability to change and adapt to new pay/HR laws that are ever changing. What do you dislike? The system is slow at times and sometimes causes glitches that are explainable. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Vantage allows our HR, Payroll, Benefits, Talent and Time to be housed all in one place. It makes life so much easier to be able to have everything all in one place.

I am leaving ADP after three years of terrible customer support service. You never, never get LIVE representative to answer the phone when you call in for help. What you get is a prompt for them to call you back, generally 18 to 25 minutes later. That doesn't work for small companies like ours when you need help immediately and your time is tight for payroll. I've been subject to this for three years.
