ADP customer services from a scale 0 to 10 is 0. Being an accountant, I called to get ADP quote for one of my clients. The sales person name 'Daniel' told me I can't buy ADP for any client. I am why? He said to me "YOU DO NOT HAVE ACCESS TO CLIENT'S CRA FILE". then next, he called me scam. ADP's staff is super illiterate who does NOT know that accountants can have FULL access to client's CRA files. HE NEVER ASKED ME IF I HAVE CRA ACCESS TO CLIENT'S FILES!! Horrible reports and customer service

Horrible reports and customer service. Just moved over to ADP. For such a large company they are very antiquated when it comes to their reports. They give you a workers' comp report that is useless as they cannot process more than one code per employee. Call and ask for support and they say they are a good company and nobody else has issues. Beautiful first processing, shot down on second.

We are an oilfield services company employing over 50 people. We signed up with ADP and processed our first payroll flawlessly. Our next payroll, however, almost caused our employees to walk off the job. Somewhere in the ADP Ivory Tower a desk jockey put a hold on our payroll for over 12 hours and finally after being supplied with countless copies of bank statements and other documents, required direct contact with our bank representatives. Para quien contrata el servicio de adp debe ser inmejorable, pero para el que tiene q escudriñar para encontrar la hoja de nómina debo decir que es un servicio pésimo. tu llamas nunca hay una persona para solucionar tu problema para mi son unos delincuentes con licencia...tratas de comunicarte se tardan 2 horas y despues te mandan dode el empleador que no save lo que esta pasando al final no saven lo que estan haciendo

Very overpriced system system

Very overpriced system system. They have many hidden fees that are not disclosed to you and do not mention an option to opt out. They charge over $73 per employee to receive W-2 which is ridiculously expensive compare to other payroll system. For these reasons I am out and no longer will be using them.

Could be better

During lockdown when we company was closed they still took out weekly fees. Even if you don't run payroll they still charge you a payroll fee. They have a very good online system. But not a great business ethics.

DO NOT RECOMMEND

Would not recommend. I have always taken care of my payroll and my parents recommended to me ADP as they used then many years ago. At first it all sounds great but when you actually start working with them it honestly is not the same. Just to be able to speak to customer service you have to wait for at least a minimum of an hour to two for someone to give you a call back. If you wait, you can be on hold easily 45 minutes. I called and had my account closed and still having charges taken ...
