Went out of state and notify my card…
Went out of state and notify my card company day before I left. I was not able to take cash withdrawal from ATM or cash back. I called on a Wednesday and they supposedly fixed but had to keep calling and issued wasn't resolved till Monday. And in that time a transaction was declined. What was supposed to be a relaxing vacation turned just the opposite.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE
Wisely pay card is fine until the first time I lost my card horrible customer service doesn’t know anything and has attitude very disappointed also no supervisor around maybe that’s the problem reps can act however they wantUPDATE- Someone finally reached out to me I missed the call because I work. They also returned the funds back in my account should have been done in the first place without having to go through all this trouble. I do appreciate them reaching out & resolving the issue.

Love my ADP card been a member for 10…
Love my ADP card been a member for 10 years. Never had any problems receiving my money or using my card. Have talked to customer service a couple times always polite and resourceful.
