I have very very bad experience
I have very very bad experience. Our project has been finished 4 months late. It took 8 months for us to be active. It says the turn around time for any questions is within 24-48 hours but we sent out emails and didn't even get an answer after a month. Finally we had a new project manager and implementation team which was very responsible and experienced, otherwise I don't think we would ever be active. Have been trying for two days to get my 941’s from them. Probably won’t get my PPP loan, because they don’t want to give me, my company information. Very poor customer service!

HORRIBLE
This is the worst card for your payroll. They lie charge fees misleading sales practice. You can hear animal's barking in the background no one speaks English. They can't help with anything they will lock your card if you call an ask question which made my family and I stuck in another state with no money. They want SSN documents sent to them but won't tell you which department it's going to they said they aren't able to transfer you to the department! They hung up on me several times ...

What do you like best? accessibility of data. Lookup of employee data is in real time What do you dislike? cumbersome, too many screens have to toggle back and forth Recommendations to others considering the product: ensure data download from existing system to ADP is correct and capture historical data What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? ability to run reports and capture data for analysis

The ADP app is easy and Very convenient.

Customer Service is lacking
Customer service is heavy lacking. If you do not have a full-time HR employee, this is not the right service for you. If you contact them to get information you need, they tell you to look on their site and find it there. In addition, there were lost of errors during the transfer from one payroll company to ADP. Within 6 months I had transferred back to old Payroll Company.
