User friendly and helpful
User friendly and helpful. I love having my account a click away. It is a little glitchy sometimes the app shuts down. But usually after it does that one time, it does thave anymore issues for at least a day.

Unsatisfied with ADP Customer Service
I have been patient since March, 2020 (COVID 19). ADP can never provide me with an answer or return my calls. I had our CA ER State Taxes deferred for 2nd Qtr. I mailed a letter on 5.1.20 to EDD requesting for a 60 day extension. I didn't receive the letters from them till 8.11.20 granting us the extension for 1st, 2nd and 3rd Qtr. We did not defer taxes on the 1st Qtr. I wrote ADP an email on 8.12.20 from my service request on ADP Run and attached the 3 letters I received from EDD granting ...

From a Small business owner I would like to warn other new entrepreneurs to avoid this company. Their advice for me as a self employed and Sole proprietor of my business in Connecticut, was to place myself on payroll and pay CT's labor taxes. This went on for 2 and a half years until I moved out of the state on 12/31/2019 and had to close my business. I have had an ongoing problem with this…
I have had an ongoing problem with this company holding onto my funds that are deducted to be forwarded to our GRSP company. Why does it take OVER 2 WEEKS TO GET MY MONEY OVER TO MY INVESTMENT COMPANY??? They are very inconsistant when it comes to this matter. Sometimes it's way over 2 weeks. They probably hold onto millions of $$$ to collect interest. If my pay can be in my bank account within 2 days, why the hell so long for my GRSP contribution??

They offer no service to the people they hold information on. They offer no technical help. They just Stonewall you. How can you get any help? or hold them accountable?They should not be allowed to do operate like this.

Why is your website so unreliable and inconsistent?
Why is your website - which is the source for my payroll info - so horribly unreliable, inconsistent and un-user-friendly. All I want is to be able to use it from Safari - or, even, Chrome - just now and again. But, it's a shambles!Key stakes in the ground ADP is NOT fulfilling: reliability, consistency, availability!!! Not too much to ask - right?

Can a black man get his money that he work hard for
I know for a fact that ADP/Wisely is full of it. This is my second time having touble getting my pay that i have work hard for. Team Car/Jiffy Lube and ADP/Wisely have made my situation worse when it come to me having to pay my bills, my last pay check was very late and now i have to wait again. Am not getting paid much as it is, i work my butt off-can i please get my money now.

Website and ios app are amateur and frequently don't work.For the ios app, it is not possible to download P60/P45, only the payslip; it is necessary to go the website for that.The website barely works in internet explorer, but if you don't have a windows machine then you are out of luck as even the supposed multi browser site fails to run in Chrome or Safari, and sends you into a constant loop saying there is something wrong with your account [when clearly there isn't as I can log in from ...

I can't even log in
I can't even log in. I've changed my password 4 times and every single time I'm being told that the password I JUST changed to is incorrect.
