Terrible Support

Hey ADP, why does your tier 2 not know how your app works? Why do I have to repeat myself 15 times for two work days? Answer: You hire overseas and provide underwhelming support with your products as your reps struggle to understand and speak comprehensive English. I get it. It’s cost effective. You pay pennies on the dollar and because you’re outsourcing to vendors, you have no liability and can claim you have support available. ADP financial services are very poorly…

ADP financial services are very poorly designed, customer service is nonexistent. You trust them your finances, but it is impossible to obtain any information. Stay away!Actually I would not give ADP any star. Very scary.

Inefficient and damaging to their clients

It is painful to write this complain because ADP has caused me a lot of stress and financial hardship. I was laid off from my company in 3/31/20, while I was still in maternity leave,in the thick of the virus outbreak. I was unemployed with a newborn and the only money I was relying on was my severance package. ADP does the payroll for my previous company.I didn't receive any money for the first two months due to a glitch in their processing of the claim.I was told that I would receive the ...

Absolutely awesome

I have been using this app for just a little over a year and I love it. I have real time updates with every deposit and purchase. Everything is clear and easy to access and use. And with my new iPhone being able to use the facial recognition is also very helpful when I’m in a hurry to check my balance.

I love my adp card

I love my adp card. I get my money two-days earlier with the new direct deposit, getting online to see my account balance or to put money in my Rainey day fund is literally a click a way. I’ve never had any problems with my Adp card.

I really enjoy ADP

I really enjoy ADP! I’ve been using it the last few years. The only think I wish Is that they establish themselves as a bank already! It would be so awesome and convenient to make Adp my official bank.
