If I could leave no stars I would I have not had acess to my payroll for over a year I keep getting sent a link from adp and I go on the link tap in my details and then it says too many attempts to log in even tho it's the 1st attempt and locks my account it's ridiculous garbage I cantcwk overtime cos I can't check my pay .It's total garbage and sum bot will now write a reply to my comment saying get in touch with my.payroll dept it's bull faeces

There is no solution

There is no solution, basically, their sales rep is a dishonest person. I still try to solve my issue, and they have ​big pain. If you are new and read here, don't waste your time with ADP and their dishonest sales representatives

One of the companies you should AVOID to work in the business. I worked with Brooke Scisciani, and she was accommodating in the beginning. After I decided to work with ADP and make the payment, she just left away; I have still many problems, today I asked her about these problems. Absolute nightmare

Absolute nightmare! requests sent back with no help, they do absolutely nothing to make the payroll process easier. it was easier doing it myself.i don't know how this company has such a high rating.

The ADP app is horrible

The ADP app is horrible. It use to show pay, benefits, retirement, etc... Now I just get a circle with my net and gross pay. I can download a copy of my paycheck, but what is the point of the app? I can get a copy from my employer. Additionally, they have no user tech support. I called 8 times and finally selected "business account" in order to talk with a person. They said I am not authorized even though it is my money and my account. The app use to work great. I started losing features ...

ADP STINKS...IRRESPONSIBLE

My payroll company was purchased by ADP. I was solicited so many times by so many different people it was annoying. Finally I agreed with one of they're district managers to stay with ADP. Password use

The password is annoying. Even though I typed the right password it kept saying wrong password. When I reset my password using my old password, it tells me that I can’t use a password that I already used before. So then why telling me wrong password at the first few tries?! ADP retirement services are very scary. The more I learn about them the scarier it gets. No transparency, strange charges, claims that Human Resources putting charges in question into their personal pockets.More importantly, in the middle of pandemic they refuse to direct roll over funds.
