poor user interfaces
the user interface is terrible. not intuitive at all when requesting time off. ADP needs to hire a new computer programmer and get a better product.I also don't appreciate that i have to jump through hoops to post a simple review. waited more time for the code to be emailed than i cared for.

Look elsewhere for HR
An ADP Rep Thomas Putz approached us and eventually won our business as them becoming our "one stop shop" for our payroll, healthcare, dental, vision, and other HR needs. We quickly found out that they sub everything out and you have to deal with 10 different incompetent account representatives who take forever to reply and make our employees unhappy by delaying the administration of their benefits and screwing up their paychecks. Their product is anything but helpful!

Corporate volume before customer service
The convenience of the customer does not seem, in my experience, to be of any interest to ADP Payroll. Their platform is designed to put corporate volume first. If the customer needs something, they must figure it out for themselves. Want to contact your representative? I wish you luck. You have to call them or send a service request from your login page, you're not allowed to email them. My card broke so I ordered a new one…
My card broke so I ordered a new one it's been over 2 weeks and I still haven't received a replacement. I've called ADP twice and was told they know it shipped to the correct address but don't have a tracking number for me to trace it. I haven't been able to pay my bills or have access to my money for two paychecks and they are telling me there is nothing they can do. Worst customer service.

Glad I looked at the reviews after…
Glad I looked at the reviews after talking to their rep about possibly switching to ADP. Sales rep was very rude and 'pushy'. Couldn't be bothered to pick up his phone and talk, had to shout using his speakerphone option. It appears their online service doesn't work very well, reading the 10 most current reviews. I'll be looking elsewhere for our payroll service.

Can't access payslips
Their portal is down from weeks for me. Everytime I login it says "We apologies their is a problem, Please come again later". I advise companies to please use some trusted software and spare employees from the horrors of this tool.

Adp is junk and its sales persons are…
Adp is junk and its sales persons are irresponsible. I work with Brooke Scisciani. She is terrible and didn't get back to you. All the work is wrong, and all she says : human mistake. I am still trying to get rid of ADP from my business. They wasted my 4 months,Brooke is one of the dishonest person for the sales.

Today is Friday. I have been waiting for a call back from Dao.Benedicto@adp and/or ADP_Service@adp since Tuesday regarding payroll I processed Monday. I have heard nothing. My employee correction was NOT taken care of. The employee has in his hands an incorrect paystub.

Horrible service
Horrible service. Every year, for the past 13 years, I run into trouble merging employees from 401k regular contributions to the catch-up. These amounts are governed by federal regulations. How in the world do I run into the-very-same-problem with unknowing employees there?!! I made 4 phone attempts to contact them today and was disconnected 4 times.
