I love my wisely card.

I love my wisely card. I was able to receive my pay and even my taxes on this card. ADP and wisely made it very simple and easy to navigate. I would suggest to anyone to use it.

ADP Requires BIG TIME Investment and BABYSITTING

After utilizing ADP for 2 plus years, our company is ready to transition to another company. ADP's customer service line lacks expediency, and clients are on hold for exceptionally long periods. For example, 45 minutes to an hour wait to speak to someone and then, often placed on hold while the rep tries to figure out how to help you. That in itself can take up to 30-45 minutes. No customer service at all!

There is no customer service to speak of, if you try to call you get the automated system that will just put you through the loop until you give up and hang up. I used to be able to log in, now they say I don't exist or have an account. So now there is no way for me to view my account, my pay, my deposits, my W-2. NOTHING and this junk company doesn't care they just want money from the company to supposedly "manage" employees paychecks. My advice to others, use another company that will ...

I have used ADP for 4 years and now…

I have used ADP for 4 years and now I've reached the point of frustration beyond anything I've ever had to experience. The website is a disaster with terrible load times (I have a 100 mbps download), timeouts, menu design, navigation, AND constant cosmetic make overs. This month I experienced errors with TLM and was told it was the Chrome browser. NO. This is the worst payroll system in the planet! I can't print my paystub, my employer doesn't know what to do and ADP doesn't help. Their online customer service is non existing (just a bunch of "type your question here") and their phone line service is non existent. How do I get my legal document from this shady company? No clue

Customer service is terrible

Customer service is terrible. These people have no clue what's going on or how to do their jobs. None of them seem to know how to help you and when I've called, I've gotten multiple different answers to solve my problem. To later find out none of them actually fixed the problem. So I have to call multiple times to get things resolved. Seriously frustrating! Train your people so there's consistency and they know how to do their jobs.

Dealing with ADP gives me anxiety. Worst provider ever!!

I am a Senior Payroll Accountant for over 10 years. Used Pay@work, People@work and Workforce Now. I can say that within the recent years, their product has become more garbage than ever, especially with WorkforceNow. Hard to navigate around, so many checks, and to top it off, ADP reps are of no help whatsoever. You can talk to 3 different reps, and their information is all different and contradicting.
