I have been using adp for over 4 years
I have been using adp for over 4 years now, and have never had a problem. Customer service was great and helpful the 2 times I needed them. The app is great can view my transactions do bank transfer at ease.

Terrible way handling problems
Terrible way handling problems . Just to change one number, there were 5 forms to fill in! No one wants to take responsibility , and their 'E SERVICE PORTAL' sends the message, 'do not tell me your problem, don't talk to us' !!

I was having problems
I was having problems getting deposits and balances. Your representatives were most helpful. One even waited on the phone with me until a specialist became available. The ultimate outcome was a total elimination of the problem(s). I would recommend ADP to all. Also never had a problem using the card anywhere.Thanks ADP.
