We are a new client and they have totally messed the taxes up. they took out $6,000 and can't explain why. then they credited back only $2,000! the 941 they filed doesn't match their own numbers from the weekly reports. it is impossible to get help, the customer service typically has a 1.5-2 hour wait. we waited yesterday and as usual the rep couldn't figure it out so needed to get help. she made an appointment to call us back at 4:00 and its 4:41...still no call. Mostly good experience, needs work though
My experiences with ADP have been mostly positive. I had one interaction that I can say was horrid. The Customer Service Agent was deplorable, non empathetic and basically told me to "get over it" it was not that bad. This is when the pandemic started and my direct deposit was delayed and I had absolutely no food in my house to feed my grandson. If I could advise one thing, it would be to ensure your agents take and pass a Customer Service course that includes diversity and have at least ...

Love this app
Love this app! Have been using it for 6 years now. Super convenient. I love that paycheck stubs and w2's load right to my app and are easily transferred to my accountant. Love the text notifications about my balance and pending deposits. I feel very secure using this app.

If I could give ADP negative stars I would. They are the worst in customer service. The sales person over promised what ADP RUN and ADP Time & Attendance could do and insisted we didn't need to be on ADP Workforce Now even though we were on that platform before just because we had 23 employees instead of their required 25. ADP Run's implementation was not assigned to a single person and I had to call with over an hour wait time each time and talk to someone who didn't know the background of ...
