Horrible

Horrible. Talk to a machine for ten minutes and then when I finally get them to connect me to a customer service rep I am on hold for 35-40 minutes and nobody picks up. Totally ridiculous. I have serious issues with my retirement plan and I cannot talk to anybody.

Good services for IT professionals

My experience with customer service has…

My experience with customer service has been terrible. I've gotten hung up on more than once. I stay on hold for long periods of time. They weren't receiving my emails. Not sure what's wrong with the beaurocracy.

Website a piece of crap

Website a piece of crapPrograming nightmare. Not intuitive or user friendly. Good luck trying to do anything. Deleats password and no way to fix it.

Identity theft and fraud

Some how somewhere someone used my email to create a profile and I am unable to login and access this supposed account associated to my email so that I can shut it down for identity theft and identity fraud. I am not going to stop until this issue is resolved completely to my satisfaction

This is by far the worst experience…

This is by far the worst experience that I've ever had. My company switching to to ADP was a total waste of time and money. ADP does not work work nor function properly and are impossible to contact, a useless giant paper weight, good for nothing.

If I could give it a lower rating I would. The company I work for uses them. Consistently every time I try to login to print a paystub or look at something I cannot get in. It tells me I need a new password, when You put in a new password, it will not accept it. Once you do this 3x it locks your account. People at my company seem to not be able to help with it. This is a consistent problem, and a royal pain in the ass. I even write down my info, so as not to forget, and it still does not ...

I cannot recommend ADP enough

I cannot recommend ADP enough! Payroll and tax remittance is far from being my strong suit and ADP makes everything easy. Between their trainings and constant assistance, I am never worried!It got to the point where we even had an issue with language (French sheets received when I am English, which is not a huge deal, but when it comes to government issued papers, I prefer to understand 100%) and we pulled a bilingual agent on the line to help!
