Horrible Customer Service

Horrible Customer Service. Cannot reach support by phone going on 2 full days. Gotten cut off, misdirected, my secure ticket which is escalated (by me) ignored. Our payroll is due early and I have an issue that requires help. This is really unacceptable.

Worst time punch software I've used

Worst time punch software I've used. It's hard to navigate the website and when something goes wrong, we have to ask our busy HR workers to help, and they just put these requests off because it's not urgent to them. I've literally had to reset my password every time I log in for MONTHS because it gives me a 404 error every time. The 4 stars this company has have GOT to be from paid, fake reviews.

like travelling back in time...

As an end user, this software really is appaling. Let's forget that like ALL the people I work with, we ALWAYS have credential issues accessing the system, and focus on the 'UX'The screen display is cramped, no bigger than a postcard with no facility to resize or maximise, it's like the software was designed for some Tandy desktop back in 1980 and hasn't been revisited since

ADP Failure to File Correct Reports and Customer Service's Failure to Respond

We have been clients of ADP for over 20 years. Sadly, in one year they have managed to destroy the 20 years of goodwill I had for this company. I do not know what is going on with ADP but they are a train wreck. I have been dealing with ADP’s failure to timely and accurately file payroll reports with the State of Oregon since June. Worse customer service

Worse customer service! Keep you on hold forever. I called and was on hold for 40 minutes prior to speaking with someone. I understand being on hold for 15 mins max, but 40 minutes to discuss options about your own money, is unacceptable.
