Sales Promises and Failed Implantations

Our Company has 550 employees and we just moved to ADP. The first payroll didn't get processed in time. There have been numerous delays, issues, and challenges. They made so many promises when they sold us their service which they failed to deliver on. They won't even answer phone calls to discuss the issues. I regret signing the contract.

ADP helped create the worst 6 years of my life

I was with ADP for 6 years. They were one of the worst companies I have every worked with. They are so disorganized. Failed to file reports and taxes, but state that they did complete. They cost me thousands of dollars in unnecessary expense and taxes and legal fees. Never took accountability for their actions. ADP is Not User Friendly

So here is my issue with ADP. You can't talk to a person. It's impossible to talk to a human if you're an employee. I've been having issues with my direct deposits and I cannot contact a human being. ADP is no help to those who need it because they only talk to your employer. They're utterly useless and their support to a complete joke. I wish I didn't have to use them but my job does so I'm pretty much screwed.

Extensive hold times, 121st in que!

Extensive hold times! I have been loyal to ADP for twelve years, and though the overall service is excellent, the hold time for customer service has reach an unbearable point. While waiting on hold for an agent for an hour on December 9th, we tried utilizing the chat button only to be notified we were 121st in the que! Ridiculous!

I would never recommend ADP to anyone

I would never recommend ADP to anyone. Customer service is polite but ineffective at getting a problem solved. HIGH and I mean HIGH costs!!! Prices going up exponentially each year. Businesses, DO NOT and I repeat, DO NOT integrate your 401k into ADP payroll service. If for any reason you want to discontinue service with ADP, they charge you $1500 to change. But at this point, I am so unhappy with ADP that I am willing to pay the price. Stay away, check out Gusto.

Stay Away!

I would not recommend ADP retirement services to anyone. I updated my contact info online, yet I still get an automated message with my old email address listed, even after confirming my update with the CSR. I also sat on hold for 25 minutes to set up a UPS overnight payment and the check was sent via standard mail. This was also after sitting on hold for 11 minutes before someone came online. Inept and disorganized are how I would describe my experience with ADP retirement services. ...

Our company decided to start outsourcing our payroll and on November 11th we decided that ADP would be the best option for us. They said they would have the first payroll of December completed for us and that has not happened and now we are on the second payroll and it is still not being processed by them and all I have heard is they have no control over it and they have to wait for the back office to approve the account.
