I can clock in and out from my phone, view my timecard, check my hours worked, and see my available PTO—all within the app. What do you dislike about ADP Time and Labor Management? The Quick Clock function is a little glitchy at times, and on a couple of occasions I wasn’t able to clock in at the correct time.

The pay related information is separated out and tracked seperately in another portal because of which for some tenants the pay related stuff doesn't work on mobile

I really like that I can have it on my mobile device instead of only being able to clock in and out at the office. I haven't used their customer service line or chat so I cannot comment on that.
