"OK but they messed up my taxes and I had to have then redo it so it's a no go!"
Describe the project or task ADP Payroll Services helped with: Biweekly payroll services were what I contracted them to do, and the first payroll was ok; this platform was even easier than my current payroll service. But I could not forgive them for messing up my taxes and having to have them redo them. I'll never forgive them. Payroll and taxes are relatively so easy to do, and whoever was in charge of this should have been done it right the first time.
