Concept is good and there are a lot of advantages. The reporting is difficult to learn and too many clicks while using on regular basis. It really requires a full time staff member to become an expert.

Software is good and it helps make my job more efficient once you have the basics down. There are things that can be improved in the UI. It is not intuitive to a user who is familiar with only MS Project. If you are familiar with other task tracking tools, it is more easily picked up (i.e. Rally, Jira). Since I fall into the latter category, it was easy for me, however for much of our teammembers, it is not so easy. That is the reason for the 3 star rating. I am the exception, not the rule. ...
