Outstanding Customer Service, Yes, Even From a Software Vendor!

Even with our limited experience with Workfront (< 1 year) I can say the software is exactly what we need in order to consolidate project management tools and meetings and gain user adoption in order to provide the necessary data to management for making enterprise decisions. "It works, but it's frustrating to use"

What do you like best about Workfront? The timesheet is easy to use to track against specific tasks. Also, it's not terribly difficult to set up a front-facing screen to allow customers/internal users to submit issues to different groups.

I would highly recommend Workfront. Their customer service is very good. They work hard to listen to your needs and to help you configure the system that will work for you and your team. We looked at many different project management tool solutions. Workfront was by far the best solution for us.

Robust and Comprehensive Solution!

Workfront is a very robust solution to workflow management! The support team is awesome and very accessible for customization and general questions. The biggest struggle has been taking pause and ironing out our processes on paper before we dive in and try to automate. Workfront can do so many things it's easy to get lost in the system.
