Amazing flagship product, flawless support
The Workfront project management solution is an amazing product, but even if it weren't, the Workfront customer service team is amazing. From initial purchase through the implementation cycle through year 2 and beyond support, I feel like I'm taken care of as a partner in the product.

With regular communication and many opportunities to improve the software, Workfront's reps are great to talk to, and the community is excited about the possibilities within the tool.

The team at workfront are always friendly...
The team at workfront are always friendly and helpful. the online training is fantastic. The tool itself works for my team who are managing multiple projects with dispersed teams of employees and vendors. Everyone can see their tasks and the kanban boards are very user-friendly.

I love Workfront! The product is great and the people are even better. Every question gets a prompt, friendly, and accurate response. The product and the team are really easy to work with. It's really exciting that Workfront actively updates their product and looks to their customers for their needs and feedback. They really put the customer first.

I love Workfront!
I love Workfront so much that I don't think I could use another project management system. The company is very behind making their product better and with each new release I love it more and more. You are able to customize almost anything, which makes it easy to give everyone exactly what they need.
