A service provider that really listens to its customers
Using Workfront is collaboration at its best and is an easy to administer tool. As an administrator of our Workfront instance, I find we can adapt our processes easily to meet our users' needs. The way Workfront genuinely listens to its customer's feeedback is unlike any other software provider I have ever worked with.

Couldn't imagine working without WorkFront
The product is easy to use, the people are committed to the users having a positive experience with the product, and the community is the best source of quick help. The product features are discussed openly. The executives that drive direction seem to enjoy conversations about the product, the direction, and the value people are getting from the product.

sometimes it is hard to understand …
sometimes it is hard to understand employees on the phone due to dialect. the webinars are informative but sometimes we have questions and there doesn't seem to be time for them. if you are going to offer a survey, a static answer should be i have not tried this yet. Love the Idea Exchange. Nice to know i am not the only one wanting the things i want.
