Great tool; easy to setup and start using
Like any off-the-shelf tool, it will never fulfill 100% of your needs. Workfront comes close. We manage projects and service requests for our team in Workfront and it's been instrumental in providing reports for governance and structure for our team.

Great product that manage workflows and supports change management processes. I do think it could benefit for more project management depth to support larger projects.

Great experience!
We have had a great experience with Workfront so far. We are 3 years in, and are still getting prompt and professional support if and when we need it. Having met up a few times with other users now, we realise any difficulties we have (i.e., user adoption) are mainly the same as everyone else, so we can share tips and best practice. Using Workfront has made our working lives so so much easier.
