"Product that can't live up to its great marketing"
What do you like best about Workfront? The marketing and thought leadership offerings from the company are great. Everything from promotional product demos to industry-specific white papers and reports were excellent and very useful.

"A project management platform that has frustrated my team for far too long"
What do you like best about Workfront? As I've used WorkFront for about three years now, I've come to learn how to use the elements I need to use for my job. I feel like it's a small part of what WorkFront is capable of, but it's become second nature to me. We are actually switching to a different platform and work management system soon, and although I know in the long run it will be good, I've been dreading the learning curve and letting go of what has become familiar with WorkFront.

Very good product
Overall, a very good product! We wish the Agile functionality was a little more seamless and user friendly. We love the ability to combine project work and other work together, and the request forms are a big hit at our organization.

What do you like best about Workfront? The system is intuitive and rapidly evolving from it's roots as a ticketing system to serve groups with full creative/agency functions. Highly customizable. They have a highly responsive service model.

"Best intentions"
What do you like best about Workfront? I like that Workfront has two calendar views. You can see your list of tasks and change the order depending on priority or due date, or you can look at your calendar view to see what your upcoming week(s) looks like. I appreciate that. It helps me stay organized.
