Many reasons - with some simple knowledge just about any user can start to build out their portfolio/projects to quickly wround up all needed users to perform the needed tasks. Workfront Improves Efficiencies

By adding Workfront as my team's project management tool we were able to see hang ups in our projects which resulted in updating our day-to-day priorities and overall process to shorten our queue time (request to proof) in half. We were also able to pull metrics to prove to the business that we were understaffed for the growing demand. Good software. Unacceptable customer service.

Workfront on it's own, not bad. Highly customized experience but if you try to use the customer service, you are treated rudely. And they rely on zendesk or whatever trouble ticketing service far too much. After a week of back and forth communication via their ticketing software on a relatively easy ask, coupled with calling and pleading with them for someone to actually reach out an call/talk to us in realtime, it took me sitting on the phone and not hanging up for a half hour for someone ...
