Hello, Again, Workfront. I've Missed You

I used Workfront at my former job and liked it so much that I badgered my current employer into implementing it. I've often said that I couldn't do my job without Workfront so I'm thrilled to be getting back into it. While Workfront can be a bit of a struggle to get the hang of at first, I've found it to be far superior to any project management alternatives I've explored.

It has fields and information already by default but many times it becomes very limiting because even when you can customize fields you can not do for example a "% planned advance" field to compare against "% completed". Sometimes making formulated fields becomes very complicated because it does not accept some formulas. What do you like best about Workfront? It's a user-friendly method for team collaboration and time tracking and the ability to ingrate google drives is a huge plus for my team.

What do you like best about Workfront? My favorite use of WF is the timeline management system. Our project managers input the timeline, and you can export as an Excel file, PDF, etc. It is a very simple and easy way to keep track of deadlines and overall project development. I also like WF to track SOW. Our project managers handle this as well, but right on the front page you can export the SOW and share directly with clients, or internally.
