Helps our employees work more efficiently
PROS: I like that the software offers plenty of customizable options through the custom form functionality. We are able to easily make changes based on the different requirements of our customers. CONS: The search feature could be improved. Sometimes it is difficult to find documents because you are not sure about the level of detail needed for a search. Plus, it throws up inconsistent results.

Other top features are Gantt/task list, business case with alignment scorecard, social update feed, drill down capabilities, and burn charts. The system offers a reliable and solid book of record for all portfolios, programs, and projects.
