What do you like best about Workfront? We've been looking at other proofing software since our contract was getting close to done and the price was going up. But after looking at other ones, ProofHQ rocks even more than we already knew. We love that we can send out proofs for promotional emails, homepages, or an entire catalog, and to many different lists of people. "User Friendly Proof Software"
What do you like best about Workfront? I liked the visibility of the software. You could see who was looking at proofs in real time, and their comments, then you could respond to or check off a box indicating their comment had been addressed in the proof. I also liked that you could set workflows so that the same group of people would always be invited to review similar projects. I also enjoyed that it sent out reminders to people who hadnt checked a project.

"Great Work Management System"
What do you like best about Workfront? Workfront makes it very easy to have project-level and task-level views of an enterprise's collective work. The user interface is very intuitive. And the tech support is excellent. The reporting and dashboard views are particularly helpful when it comes to showing progress against goals. We have been able to organize and track workflows for thousands of projects, and this wasn't as feasible in Microsoft Access, at least with not this level of detail.

"The best interactive review software out there."
What do you like best about Workfront? Video review capabilities. The ability to add comments at any point in the video, freeze frames, etc. is extremely helpful, rather than having to call out timestamps via other methods.
