Fairly Robust with Limitations
We like Workfront overall and want to continue using it. All products regardless of maturity have room for improvement. Having said that, some basic features/functionality are often discovered that the product cannot do. We request them via the enhancement portal. If your core competency is to be a leader in project management software, that should be the focus. We've seen a lot of focus on the digital side. Toy application for planning
A couple of examples: - If you create a new task. More often than not, the start and end dates are days, weeks, months, or years in the past. Fixing the dates is a LOT of mindless work. - The UI is very modal. Many simple edits require diving through multiple screens in just the right magic order.

"Nice for revisions, but clunky interface"
What do you like best about Workfront? I like that several comments can be made on one thing. I also like that you can highlight the thing/spot you're referring too

What do you like best about Workfront? It's bulky and looks like a 10-year-old software solution. I don't like anything the best but if I had to choose it would the task comment function.

What do you like best about Workfront? SaaS. Reporting is very good. Custom forms gives you good flexibility. I like the notifications for overdue tasks or tasks coming due. Interface is easy to navigate. Support seems to be excellent - I am not the admin but I have sat in on support calls and the tech person seems very knowledgable.

"Great project management tool"
What do you like best about Workfront? The feature we most appreciate on workfront was the template feature for projects. Being able to set up a variety of templates for our teams and apply them to projects as needed rather than having to set up projects from scratch saved us a lot of time.

"Great for multi person proofing"
What do you like best about Workfront? We've been looking at other proofing software since our contract was getting close to done and the price was going up. But after looking at other ones, ProofHQ rocks even more than we already knew. We love that we can send out proofs for promotional emails, homepages, or an entire catalog, and to many different lists of people.
